Carbon wheel for Sulky: Designed and developed with trotter racing teams
We have designed and successfully developed the production of a Carbon Disc wheel named “LUKIWIL” for racing sulky thanks to a close partnership with trotter racing teams.
The carbon’s appearance of the wheel in 12K highlights its finish quality and gives a very nice style to the whole sulky equipment. The wheel is easy to set on steel or carbon sulkies according to the type of axle used.
The LUKIWIL DISC wheel’s design is very aerodynamics. The LUKIWIL carbon disc wheel does not require any particular maintenance thanks to its monocoque structure.Lighter than classical wheels, it is strong thanks to its reinforced sides in Kevlar®.
Its stiffness is combined to give an excellent responsiveness. The LUKIWIL Corima disc wheel benefits from a low inertia in rotation thanks to its full-carbon construction, no metallic part on the rim’s edges. The high selected materials and components that are necessary for the production of the SULKY wheels warrant their lifetime and reduce the maintenance needs.
