Carbon wheel WINIUM+ MCC : The lightest carbon wheelset by CORIMA

The full carbon wheels (including the spokes) "made by Corima" has a unique design* with the most innovative** technical specification. Both the front and the rear WINIUM+ MCC wheels are built with only 12 carbon spokes. The WINIUM+ MCC wheelset will truly be the "Stars" of your bike!

  1. Carbon hub with 3K carbon fibers. Hub with an integrated steel toothed ring for an increased resistance.
  2. Low friction high precision annular bearings (steel).
  3. Front axle "Featherweight" system. Light aluminum rear axle.
  4. New cassette body with a different pawls setting. Cassette body for Campagnolo, Shimano 10 speed or Sram-Shimano 8/9/10 speed
  5. Light aerodynamic MCC rim with the 2D concept.
  6. Integrated magnet in front and rear rims.
  7. Conical carbon spoke, TOP system (Total Optimized Propulsion) reinforced strength.

The most appropriate, high performance carbon fiber is used to provide the MCC wheel with excellent rotational inertia without sacrificing its strength. A brand new Carbon Fiber layering technique has allowed Corima to create the MCC carbon wheelset with the minimum number of spokes for improved aerodynamics and lateral stiffness that is far higher than any other competitor's*** wheels.

IMPORTANT! For the WINIUM+ MCC carbon wheel, the weight of the cyclist and the bike must not exceed 85 Kg (189lbs).

Weight The indicated value is the weight of the front tubular wheel in 700C (28") without the skewer.   Integrated magnet The MCC carbon wheels are supplied with an integrated magnet indicated by a sticker for use with most modern bicycle computers.
Cassette Body The rear CORIMA wheels for road are compatible with Shimano 10 speed cassette, Campagnolo 9/10/11 speed cassette or Shimano 9/11 speed-Sram cassette. The complete cassette body is interchangeable.   3K The carbon's appearance in 3K is less visible, each square weave is made of 3000 filaments.
Break pads For safe and better braking, you must use the brake pads that have been specifically designed by CORIMA for use on carbon rims. Our brake pads are compatible on Shimano, Campagnolo and Sram brake shoes.   2D New design of the rim's profiles to 22.6 mm which increases its stiffness and minimizes the air drag for better aerodynamics.
Torsion This technology used on some of our tubular carbon wheels increases the rim's stiffness for better performance.

(1) For tubular rims, CORIMA recommends 23 mm tubular tires and for clincher CORIMA recommends 23 mm clincher tires.

(2) Rims weights are given as an indication. Weight without skewer

(3)  The first length is for the opposite cassette side (radial) and the second length is for cassette side (crossed X 3).

(4) There is no maximum air pressure for tubular wheels except the one recommended by the manufacturer of the tubular tire you're going to set on your wheel.

(5) Front road wheels can be used for track by removing the quick release skewer and setting track bolts (ref: 400161) on each side of the axle.
