Description

Designed for time trials and triathlon, this disc wheel delivers aerodynamic precision, high‑speed stability, and uncompromising power transfer. At just 1015g, the DECiSiV TT ranks among the best‑in‑class disc wheels in terms of stiffness‑to‑weight ratio. The structural foam positioned toward the rim’s perimeter stiffens the wheel without unnecessary weight gain, and reduces micro‑deformations under load.
The weight savings achieved on the DECiSiV TT translate directly into enhanced responsiveness. Our internal inertia measurements show an 18% improvement compared to its predecessor, the C+ WS TT. Such a reduction in rotational inertia is immediately perceptible on the road: the wheel accelerates faster, reacts more sharply to pace changes, and transfers every watt with greater efficiency.

CFD‑optimized and wind‑tunnel proven

Initially developed through advanced CFD simulations, the DECiSiV TT was then validated in real‑world conditions — most notably in the wind tunnel.
Every surface and contour of the DECiSiV TT has been engineered to reduce drag while maximizing efficiency and stability, even at high speeds or in unpredictable crosswinds.
Its lenticular geometry has been designed to offer:

  • highly accurate handling,
  • optimized crosswind management,
  • predictable and confidence‑inspiring behaviour on both flat and rolling terrain.

An optimized internal structure featuring structural foam

Since the beginning, CORIMA’s one‑piece disc wheels have integrated structural foam — and the DECiSiV TT is no exception. Placed within the sidewalls of the rim and sandwiched between two carbon skins, the high‑grade PMI (polymethacrylimide) structural foam ensures an exceptional stiffness‑to‑weight ratio.
This architecture keeps the wheel perfectly stable at high speed while delivering instantaneous power transfer — exactly what you expect from a top‑tier time‑trial or triathlon disc wheel.

A modern rim width for modern tyres

This rim profile is ideally matched to today’s 25–30mm tyres, reducing rolling resistance while enhancing comfort during long‑distance efforts. With our in‑house CRR (Coefficient of Rolling Resistance) testing protocols, we evaluated multiple configurations to determine the optimal shape. Beyond the proven rolling‑resistance gains, this internal width also guarantees stability at high speed.
